1. What Size Should The Image Be?ANSWERFor T-shirts youth medium to adult XL can be printed together at a 12.5” x 12.5" maximum image size. Youth small, infant and toddler sizes will need to be screen printed with a smaller size imprint. We can print both youth and adult t-shirts together if the design size is made to fit the smallest item being printed. Some customers prefer to have two sizes of films and screens made, one for adult and one for youth. When printing a small order, one size of art is obviously the most economical choice. Ideal image size on other items will be determined by various factors including seams, pockets, pouches, layers and even your personal preference.2. Can My Image Be Printed on Multiple Shirt Colors?ANSWERYes, but you may incur additional charges. As long as the same ink color can be used on all tee shirts, there should be no problem. An example of an issue would be printing red and green text on a charcoal shirt then switching the shirt color to red. Another common problems we see involves black outlines that look great on light colors but disappear on dark substrates.3.
